MUCK-UP DAY at Kooweerup Secondary College went without a hitch, with teachers praising the students for their good behaviour and fun approach.
While some students dressed up in costumes, others decorated their school uniforms for their last official day of classes.
Acting Principal Denis Pratt said that both students and teachers had a ball, with many of the staff joining in the festivities.
“It was a dress-up day, so students dressed up as anything and everything – we even had the Joker and the Penguin,” he said.
“But it was great, the students decorated the school and had water fights with water bombs and water pistols .
“And once it was all over they cleaned up after themselves.”
He said the students’ positive approach to celebrations was a wonderful way to finish the school year and wished all well in their upcoming exams.
