PAKENHAM Upper/Toomuc’s John Miller fell painfully short of a century in B Grade, reaching 95 runs against Merinda Park. Justin Temby chipped in with 45 runs, helping his side to the imposing total of 3/188 from 40 overs.
In reply, Lucas Plozza tore through the Merinda Park batting line up, taking 4/14 from eight overs, dismissing them for 81 runs. Michael McCalman was the only batsman from Merinda Park to have a notable contribution, making 26 runs.
Kooweerup batted first against Devon Meadows, reaching 129 runs before being dismissed. Jarred Farrell was the top scorer, making 38 runs. Josh Beats bowled well for Devon Meadows, taking 4/14 from six overs.
In reply, Devon Meadows chased down the total in 35.1 overs, thanks to 46 runs from opening batsman Corey Leslie. Ben Miller bowled well for Kooweerup, taking 3/17 from eight overs.
Emerald posted 112 runs from 35 overs against Upper Beaconsfield, thanks to 35 runs from Ryan Scott. Kyle Gibbs bowled well for Upper Beaconsfield, taking 2/12 from his eight restrictive overs.
Upper Beaconsfield fell just short of the total in what was an incredible game, being dismissed for 106 runs. Xavier Gargan batted well, making 23 runs, while James Burke bowled brilliantly, taking 4/27 from 7.4 overs to win the match for his side.
Top of the table Beaconsfield were bundled out for just 87 runs against a restrictive Tooradin outfit, with Rhys Miller top scoring with 16 runs. Under-15 player Andrew Proctor did the damage with the ball, taking 3/10 from 6.1 overs.
Tooradin chased the total down with relative ease, finishing 3/91 from 36 overs, thanks to 25 not out from Adam Richmond.

@BT Sub Sport Gaz:C GRADE

Pakenham Upper/Toomuc visited Cardinia, batting first and making 103 runs. James Perkins worked hard, making 39 not out. For Cardinia, Nathanial Wade bowled well, taking 4/20 from eight overs.
In reply, Cardinia cruised to victory in 34 overs for the loss of five wickets, Adam Hobson getting 47 runs.
Pakenham posted the large total of 6/200 against Clyde, Sean Bell top scoring with 48 runs. Brad Gooman bowled well for Clyde, taking 2/19 from eight overs.
In reply, Clyde’s Ross Elston took it upon himself to smash a second attack in as many weeks, finishing 86 not out as the Clyde side finished 3/211 from 37 overs.
Catani batted first against Lyndhurst, making 9/163 from their 40 overs, thanks to 59 runs from Rodney Donoghue. Malan Weththasinghe continued his good form with the ball, taking 2/23 from eight overs.
Lyndhurst could not chase the total down, finishing all out for 134 in 37.5 overs. Garry Godfrey led the way at the top of the order, making 24 runs. Mark Evans and David Spierings both took three wickets each for Catini.
A website glitch has blocked the Officer v Cranbourne Meadows scorecard, which Cranbourne Meadows won.

@BT Sub Sport Gaz:D GRADE

Pakenham Upper/Toomuc played host to Emerald, Emerald making 3/177 from its 40 overs, thanks to 80 runs from Andrew Brown and 67 not out to Andrew Copey.
In reply, the home side could only manage 6/150 from its 40 overs. Casey Thomsen batted well, making 37 not out, while Darcy Hellriegal bowled well for Emerald taking two wickets.
Beaconsfield batted first against Pakenham, knocking up 5/198 from their 40 overs. Steve Glen and Greg Tomamichel batted well, making 73 and 60 respectively. Ben Martin bowled well for Pakenham, claiming three scalps.
Beaconsfield then routed Pakenham with the ball, bowling them out for just 40 runs. Jamie Ingham and James Peck took three wickets each.
Kooweerup were bundled out for just 64 runs against Nar Nar Goon/Maryknoll, Chris Mitchell doing the damage with the ball, taking 4/9 from eight overs.
In reply, Nar Nar Goon/Maryknoll passed the target with ease, finishing 1/68 from 15 overs.
A website glitch has blocked the Nyora v Merinda Park game, which Nyora won.

@BT Sub Sport Gaz:E GRADE

Lang Lang batted first against Officer, posting 8/158 from its 40 overs. Mark Hutchison did well at the top of the order, scoring 56 runs. Chris Day bowled well for Officer, taking three wickets.
In reply, Officer could not manage to chase the runs down, and was all out for 106 in 32 overs. Peter Kelly tore Officer apart, taking 5/21 from seven overs.
Devon Meadows batsman Mark Davidson top scored with 54 runs in the innings against Upper Beaconsfield, pushing the team’s tally to 132 runs from 38 overs. Hayden Dooley bowled well for Upper Beaconsfield, taking 4/11 from seven overs.
In reply, Upper Beaconsfield finishing its innings just two runs short of the target, 7/130 from 40 overs. Richard Edwards top scored with 27 runs, while Mark Davidson and Alex Edgar took three wickets each for Devon Meadows.
Forty runs to Clyde’s Matt Cohen was the highlight of the innings, as Clyde made 127 from their 40 overs against Merinda Park. James Jordan bowled well for Merinda Park, taking 3/11 from six overs.
In reply, Merinda Park was bowled out for 93 runs. Shane Christie finished with the incredible figures of 5/4 from 5.3 overs.
Tooradin struggled to reach 93 runs against Emerald, and was lucky to have number 11 Joel Mitchell make 25 runs. Paul White was the destroyer for Emerald, taking 5/19 from eight overs.
In reply, Emerald passed the total in the 37th over, for the loss of just four wickets. Kristan Strong top scored for Emerald, making 31 not out.

@BT Sub Sport Gaz:F GRADE

Beaconsfield batted first against Gembrook, with Daniel Thomas top scoring with 25 runs. Martin Williams was the pick of the bowlers for Gembrook, taking 2/19 from eight overs.
In reply, Gembrook cruised to victory, passing the total just three wickets down, in the 35th over. Martin Williams topped off a great game, making 38 not out.
Pakenham batsman Paul Hart made 50 runs at the top of the order, helping them to 7/153 from 40 overs against Emerald. Bryan Thomas bowled well for Emerald, taking 2/14 from three overs.
Emerald could only manage 138 runs from 39 overs in reply, Zebulon Quigley top scoring with 52 runs. Paul Hart finished a good game, taking 2/10.
Lyndhurst set Pakenham Upper/Toomuc the big total of 9/212 from its 40 overs. This was mainly thanks to some lower order hard hitting from Stephen Marshall, who scored 56 not out.
PUT couldn’t reach the target, and finished 6/172 from its 40 overs. Drew Clarke top scored with 52 not out.
Nar Nar Goon/Maryknoll batted first against SFX, posting 8/127 from 40 overs. Jack Salan batted well down the order, making 25 not out, while SFX bowler Travis Dorsett bowled well taking 3/20.
In reply, SFX was bundled out for just 73 runs in 25 overs. John Preen was the chief destroyer, taking 3/7 from four overs.
