Bill, Billy on show

WELL-known local sculptor Bill Ogilvie will be at the Cardinia Festival on March 5 and 6.
Mr Ogilvie will display his works at the festival alongside Puffing Billy Railway and a range of the best wine, food, and local produce from the region.
He has 35 years’ experience as a sculptor and is highly regarded for his figurative work and sculptures associated with ballet movements.
The Cardinia Festival will be officially opened by Cardinia Shire mayor George Blenkhorn at 1pm on 5 March.
“We are pleased to see the local community supporting the Cardinia Festival and would encourage more businesses and locals to get involved,” Nadine Hutchins, marketing manager for the Puffing Billy, said.
“With a focus on attracting visitors from Melbourne, this festival promises to be a great opportunity to showcase the best of what our region has to offer.”
Puffing Billy Railway will have a stand at the festival. It will feature the wide range of Puffing Billy products and steam train experiences.
