Service and workmanship

The Auto Repair Shop Narre Warren takes great pride in providing a high level of customer service and quality workmanship.

Jeff and Sandi Buckingham joined the Repco Authorised Service (RAS) program at the same time as opening their own Narre Warren workshop in early July 2009.The couple believes that motorists in Narre Warren deserve the very best in customer service and technical expertise, which is why they chose to be a part of Australia’s largest independent network of mechanical workshops, proudly backed by the biggest name in the business – Repco.

Jeff began his involvement with the RAS network through being a leading hand/manager at Ron Gardiners Total Car Care in Glen Waverley Repco workshop.

The desire for independence and financial success led them to open their own car service centre.

The Auto Repair Shop Narre Warren is proud to be an Australian-owned and operated workshop for the local community.

The involvement of Jeff and Sandi clearly shows through in their continued involvement in all aspects of running the workshop, while engaging in continuous education via sales training seminars and the Repco Auto Tech program.

Displaying good service and understanding of customer needs, Jeff shows a great ability to implement new products and procedures to offer both value and solutions to customers.

As far as personal interests go, Jeff and Sandi are on a mission to raise a happy healthy family and build a successful business empire.

Jeff’s youthfulness and endeavour to provide the best in service and technology is greatly supported by Sandi in the reception area and her influence on the overall appearance of The Auto Repair Shop.

The workshop itself, the customer amenities, and both the external and internal presentation are second to none, and overall presentation no doubt leaves a positive impression on visiting customers.

As your local Repco Authorised Service centre they have access to the best parts and training in the country and offer a Nationwide Warranty honoured at over 400 workshops across Australia.

So, wherever you go, you can rely on the experience and knowledge of The Auto Repair Shop – Narre Warren and Repco Authorised Service.
