Narre footy (club cnr)

The financial result was great for the club, but the Seniors football result wasn’t. Berwick was stronger at the stoppages, giving its runners first use of the footy and opening up a four-goal lead by half-time, the difference at the final bell.
Fev kicked four and Mickey Collins two for Narre and other better players were Andy Field, Benny King, Bluey McGill and Benny Wragg.
The earlier games all went Narre’s way.
RESERVES
The seconds had a solid four-goal win with two goals each to Nick Cowan, Jake Gray and Michael McKenzie. Luke “Tentpeg” Tehennepe, Chris Tosin and Andy Morris were also among the best.
UNDER 18
The under-18s were impressive with an eight-goal win over one of last year’s top four. Ben Carter kicked four and Lachy Moss, Brandon Mather, Andy Ray and Nathan Prosser were also in the best.
COLTS
The Colts were solid for four quarters and beat Berwick by six goals. Billy Athanasopoulos and Jake Hopkins kicked three each and among the best were Cuthbert, Dovaston, Phillips, Le Page and Merz.
