Off to Vegas, baby

By Melissa Meehan
A2D is addicted to dance by name and by trade.
This hip-hop crew is set to take the world by storm when they head to Las Vegas to represent Victoria at the Hip Hop International Competition in July.
With members ages ranging from 13-18 and choreographed by Sabrina Duchenne, A2D is sure to bring a whole new flavor to the competition as they bring their fresh approach to dance.
Beaconsfield’s Tyra Rochecouste was given a boost in fund-raising to get the group to Las Vegas by councillor George Blenkhorn who handed over $400 of his ward funds to the group.
A2D will perform a Ladies Night on June 18 and a Mauritian Dance on July 2 at the Hallam Recreational Hall. $20 entry. For more infortmation call 0410 454 104.
