Shire was ravaged by damage

IT’S been a year since floods ravaged Pakenham and surrounding suburbs on 5 February, causing chaos wherever it hit.
It left behind a clean-up bill costing millions, with crops destroyed, houses and businesses submerged and roads wrecked.
