The great outdoors

ST MICHAEL’S grade-five students thoroughly enjoyed their challenging but fun, outdoor education camp recently.
Their camp was held at the Briar’s Park in Mt Martha and included a range of activities such as canoeing, fly fox, giant swing, leap of faith, archery and low ropes.
The overall response from the students on their return back to St Michael’s, was that the camp was both fun and memorable. It not only challenged the students but also taught them valuable life skills.
The camp provided the grade-five students with the opportunity to be responsible, function as a community and enabled them to display their leadership skills.
