THE Officer man accused of terrorism-related offences faced Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Adnan Karabegovic, 24, is facing 12 charges of collecting documents related to preparing for a terrorist act, after his arrest in September last year.
He is accused of allegedly possessing material containing bomb-making tips and advice on preparing for a violent jihad.
At a committal hearing on Monday, the court heard several months of surveillance led to an anti-terrorism raid on Mr Karabegovic’s Officer home.
Federal Police allegedly discovered al-Qaida magazine Inspire on a USB stick and two computers detailing how to make bombs and weapons of mass destruction.
The hearing continues.
