COLLIN Ross has finally declared his hand and has come clean with what many have known for six years.
Collin Ross is simply a mouthpiece for the Victorian Labor Party and not for the community.
Collin Ross has the right to run for State Government, however to say he has taken a leaf out of Ken Smith’s or Russell Broadbent’s book is completely laughable.
Ken Smith actually stood up against the unions, he made 130 recommendations in the crime prevention committee that started the inquiry into the Catholic Church and still supports dying with dignity, even though it did not have a majority support in the parliament.
Russell Broadbent had the courage to cross the floor in Federal Parliament on a matter he felt very strongly about.
He believed he was right and stood up for what he believed in.
I ask Collin Ross, would you cross the floor for your community? Would you stand against the Labor policy if it worked against your community? Or would you stand to your word in the Gazette of 10 September “it’s like being a solider” and continue with the traditional Labor member motto of “Labor First, Victoria Second”.
