Yearling steers and heifers to the trade lifted five to eight cents for most.
Feeder steers were keenly sought after lifting nine cents.
Grown steers and bullocks gained five to six cents on most sales and more in places.
Heavy weight vealers to butchers sold from 316 cents to 335 cents.
Yearling trade steers made between 307 cents and 338 cents.
