BERWICK Ladies Probus Club enjoyed an endofyear morning tea in the Wilson Botanic rose garden on Tuesday, 12 December.
Coordinator Gay de Leur, one of the Friends of Wilson Botanic Park volunteers who tend the garden, said she thought it would be nice to host the members at the special place.
“We doubled our normal morning tea numbers,” she said.
Ms de Leur said the club met at the Berwick Springs Hotel on the third Monday of the month at 10am.
“We enjoy speakers, day trips, walking and special events,” she said.
Further information abut the club is available from president Mary Tuxen on 9769 5152.
