CASEY Council will collect hard rubbish and bundled green waste for the next five weeks.
Materials should be stacked in three separate piles on the nature strip.
The first is general hard waste such as household furniture, mattresses and small electrical appliances.
The second is for metals no longer than 1.5metres, small car parts and tools. White goods must have doors removed and paint tins must be empty with lids removed.
Stack three is for green waste and up to five bundles of prunings neatly tied with twine or string.
Prunings up to 75mm in diameter must be bundled.
All vines, grass and weeds must be placed in boxes or paper bags with dirt shaken off.
Items must be able to be lifted to shoulder height and must not exceed 55kg and no longer than 1.5 metres.
Material must be out by 6am on Monday of the collection weeks and may be collected by separate trucks throughout the week.
