A REQUEST to extend trading hours at a cafe in Guys Hill was withdrawn from Cardinia Shire Council’s meeting last Monday.
Councillors had been poised to consider an application to allow the business in BeaconsfieldEmerald Road to operate until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
There were several objections by residents to the request and officers had recommended that the council refuse the application.
Planning officer Tracey Parker told the council the application had been withdrawn before the meeting.
