Buildings top $668m

BUILDING activity in Casey topped $668 million last year.
The latest figures released by the State Government placed the city third on a list of the top 10 metropolitan municipalities for permits issued in a calendar year.
State building commissioner Tony Arnel said the figures demonstrated building activity was being sustained at impressive levels.
