ST PATRICK’S Primary School students were among hundreds of children who flocked to Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance last Thursday.
Pupils from schools across Melbourne visited the landmark to reflect on the importance of Anzac Day, paying tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Melbourne Legacy president Graeme Standish and Education Minister Bronwyn Pike addressed students, before school representatives laid wreaths and bouquets around the Shrine’s Eternal Flame.
St Patrick’s Primary School captains Jayne Kelly and Adam Rawlings laid a bouquet on behalf of the St Patrick’s Primary School community.
