HUNDREDS from Greater Dandenong’s Italian community flocked to the ItaloAustralian Club’s Villa Adrianna room to savour a variety of flavours from across Victoria.
Last week winemaker De Bortoli, olive oil maker Cobram Estate and cheesemaker Blue Bay Cheese offered free samples of their best products for the club’s members, and also sales of their products for those who wanted more than just a taste.
De Bortoli Wines area manager Robert Guerrini said the day was a great way for the Italian community to sample the company’s range of wines, and cap it off with a free meal.
