The Agrade winner was W. Compo +5 and the Cgrade winner was Neil De Silva with +3.
Down the lines went to Ken Whittaker +4, Rob Young +2, Stephen Mann +2, John Van Hoorn +2, Jeff Paterson +2, Graeme Steel +2, Peter Norman, Neil Mani, Mark Klaver, Rob Marcheant, Cliff Pain, Brian Bateup all +1, plus W. Unger, Ian Ormond, Lincoln Coombes, Arthur Ellis, Don Callen and Paul Hobson all coming in square.
Nearest the pin on the Pakenham Subway fifth hole was Nathan Condon with Brian Bateup the winner of the Dante’s Woodfired Pizza eighth hole and Rodney Whitehead took out the Hungry Jack’s 14th hole.
The Pakenham Pizza 16th hole went to Travis Wheeler.
Andrew Villinger was the winner of the B.M.R. Autos Agrade longest drive with Rob Young taking out Bgrade.
The McIntyre Painting Cgrade longest drive went to Vince Del Nigro.

The Rotary Club of Pakenham will hold its sixth annual golf day at Pakenham Golf Club on Tuesday, 1 May, an 18hole Stableford event.
Entry forms are available at the club and men and ladies are welcome.
There will be both team and individual prizes and all proceeds will go to Rotary projects.
Cost will be $20 per person and includes drink and meal (barbecue) voucher if a member at Pakenham.
Shotgun start at noon.

The Stableford competition attracted 76 players.
Ron Carroll was the winner with 43 points from Dan Cameron, Douglas Scurr and Brian Bateup with 41, followed by Ken Marker and Tony Vallance with 40.
The other downthelines winners were John Roberts 39, Nik Hock 39, Tasi Taito 39, Stojko Kresojevic 38, Brain Doherty 38, Brian Degering 38, Graeme Steel 38, Bob Dowse 38, Stan Gilbert 37, Ron Seamer 37 and Scott Hooper 37.
Nearest the pin on the second was won by Peter Diss, the 14th went to Ken Marker and the 16th to Ron Seamer.

The last night for the Twilight competition was held last Wednesday with 98 competing for top spot.
Social winner was Ray Leonard and the raffle winner was Leanne Megyeri.
A competition for the best twelve rounds of nine holes was held.
Lady members Marjorie Dean played very consistent golf for a total of 247 for an average of 20.58 points per nine holes.
Front Nine
All 98 players hit off the Front Nine with Patrick Duane coming in the winner with 23 on a countback from Ron Carroll. Nearest the pin second shot on the seventh went to Cliff Pain and the eighth went to Bob Kennedy.

The club hosted the Women’s Golf West Gippsland Foursomes Championship at Pakenham on Monday, 19 March and 56 attended.
The champions were Cheryl Deppler and June Ticknell (Trafalgar) and West Gippsland Minor Champions were: Bernie Clark and Lyn Vears (Garfield).
West Gippsland Foursomes Handicap Champions were Lee Andrews and Marjorie Dean (Pakenham).
GOLD COIN DAY
On 19 and 15 March the club had Gold Coin Day for Breast Cancer (Pink Day) and ladies were encouraged to wear something visibly pink.
About $100 was raised.

This was played on Thursday, 22 March and winners were:

The Stableford event winner was Ros King 44 points (divisionthree), Marg Jackson 37 (divisionone) and Leonie Sander 39 (divisiontwo)
Nearest the pin second hole was won by Maria Warburton and the eighth hole went to Lyn Murray. Wendy Carter was the winner on the 14th hole.
Downtheline balls were won by Joan Rawson 40, June McCardel 36, Maria Warburton 36, Kay Jones 36, Helen Aurish 35, Lee Andrews 35 and Libby De Hey 34.
