Half enough for Kooweerup

A STRONG second half gave Kooweerup Netball Club’s Egrade team a 15goal win against Neerim Neerim South at the weekend.
Goals were hard to come by early in the game and Kooweerup’s defence worked hard through Shanae Ingram and Kassy Male.
The team structure was changed in the second term with the attack working well and Kooweerup leading by three goals at halftime.
Kooweerup started to improve in the second half and moved out to a 10goal threequarter time lead.
In the last quarter Megan Bugg went to centre and did well, while Tania O Connor and Mariah Bell tried hard to stop Neerim Neerim South’s attack.
