Marketing students seek sponsors

By Jim Mynard
THE Monash Marketing Students Society at Berwick (MMSS) wants sponsorship.
The society is already well established at the Clayton, Caulfield and Peninsula Monash campuses.
Its publicity coordinator Tracey Williams said the group would was offering the opportunity for business people to be part of the new society by providing sponsorship and publicity.
Ms Williams said sponsorship and donations made a difference to the success of a society and the quality of information and services it can provide to members.
“Businesses and companies that sponsor the club will target young professionals aged between 18 and 24 years.
“Your business will be exposed to the Berwick staff and student population in several ways such as posters and banners that will entail your logo and business information.
“As a small gift to our new members, a show bag will be supplied to them on membership sign up.
“We are seeking businesses and companies to provide our new society with donations, discounts or vouchers, to help fill our show bag with lots of goodies.
“This will expose your business and provide members with the incentive to come to your store.
“Our vision is to establish ourselves as a credible marketing and public relations society in Berwick, and our ultimate mission is to provide our members with valuable industry experience, whether it be from industry speaker presentations or the chance to network with potential employers.
“We will offer social and educational events and activities for our members, such as the MMSS Annual Marketing Ball and MINDS Industry nights,” Ms Williams said.
