PAKENHAM golfers played the September monthly medal in perfect weather conditions for golf. Thomas McDermott came in overall winner.

Thomas McDermott came in with nett 68. The Agrade winner for the day was Dan Cameron with a nett 69, the BGrade winner was Rick McHugh also with a nett 68.
The down the line balls went to Brent Hone, Rob Morley, Troy Whittaker, Mick McKenna, Grant McKay 70, Phil Tunstall, Grant Emmott, Neil Mani 71, Ray Hewitt, Don Callen, Ian Neason, Tony Sheahan, Matt Yusoff 72, Ray Allen, Michael Burns, Peter Korteman, Trevor Chivers, Noel Boyd, Robert Curtis, Michael Davey, Ross MacLean, Scott Milnes 73, J Patterson, Arthur Ellis, Hugh Westmorland, Mick Boyd 74.
The nearest the pin on the second hole was won by Phil Tunstall, the fifth hole Gary Westwick, eighth hole Bob Yates, 14th hole Clint Walker, 16th hole Bob Collins, sixth hole second shot Grant Emmott, 11th hole second shot Gary Westwick, 17th hole second shot Dan Cameron.
The Agrade longest drive was won by Gary Westwick, the Bgrade longest drive by Bob Dowse, the Cgrade longest drive by Troy Whittaker.

The raffle winners were Rob Morley and Simon Fay.
Saturday 9 September is Multiplier Stableford and the following Saturday is the start of the Foursomes Championships, which will run over two weeks, four pairs to qualify.

The Saturday ladies played Stoke and the winner was Viki Maxwell with nett 70. Down the line balls: Bianca Walker with 71, Marjorie Dean 76. The winner of the putting was Loretta Stewart with 33 putts, and nearest the pin on the fifth hole second shot was Maria Warburton.
