Good BiLo, hello Coles

PAKENHAM’S BiLo supermarket temporarily closed on Sunday and will reopen tomorrow (Thursday) as a Coles.
Both chains are owned by Coles Myer, and Coles Victoria state manager Gary Dunne said the change would mean more product choice and more specials at the Lakeside store.
“We will be ensuring our customers get the best of BiLo and the best of Coles through the conversion,” he said.
“We see it as an opportunity to deliver even better value and choice for our customers.”
The Berwick North BiLo at Parkhill Plaza is undergoing a similar change.
It will close on Sunday and reopen as Coles on Thursday, 26 October.
Mr Dunne said each store would offer an expanded range of fresh fruit and vegetables, new seafood and poultry displays, expanded dairy and bakery ranges, new organic produce and a new health and beauty section.
