THE Berwick Show relies heavily on volunteers to staff the admission gates during the two day event.
This involves 330 working hours contributed by 130 people.
Community organisations help to provide gatekeepers, which include the Narre Warren North Primary School, Harkaway Primary School, Berwick Lionesses, The Rotary Club of Hallam Valley, Narre Warren North Carols committee, Pakenham Show Society, Casey District Scout Group and Berwick and District Folk Club.
Berwick Show in return provides gatekeepers for the Pakenham Show under a 40yearold agreement.
