Good results for badminton

THE Gippsland Sports Academy Medico Hygiene Badminton Squad had great results in the WSBA Altona Junior Open Tournament.
Athletes had excellent results in the under13 boys and girls with Lauren Peter and Sarah Wong coming runnersup in the girls doubles.
Sarah Wong and her partner came runnersup in the mixed doubles and Lauren runnersup in the girl’s singles.
Mihar Nandha and partner came runnersup in the boy’s doubles.
Jack Burgess also achieved well in the under17 mixed doubles, boy’s doubles and boy’s singles, Jack Burgess and partner ran third in the mixed doubles, fourth in the boy’s doubles and third in his singles match.
