AN 18yearold Pakenham motorist allegedly led police on a highspeed pursuit along Princes Highway early last Saturday morning before crashing his car in Warragul.
Police said they attempted to pull the vehicle over in Main Street about 1.25am after the three men in the car were seen acting suspiciously.
Officers said the car reached speeds of 170 kilometres per hour before turning off the highway at Warragul and crashing.
The three occupants of the vehicle suffered no serious injuries.
Police have charged the driver with multiple traffic offences including exceeding .05.
