Ladies celebrate 70

PAKENHAM’S branch of the Country Women’s Association celebrates its 70th birthday today (Wednesday).
Members were due to gather to mark the occasion in the Guide Hall in Henry Street. New members are always welcome. Contact Bev on 5941 5343. for more details.
The branch was reestablished in the late 1990s after being closed for 40 years.
