WILLOWS and weeds will be removed from Pakenham’s lilypond while Cardinia Shire officers work on a draft master plan for the area.
Discussions over the condition of the lilypond have occurred between Pakenham Secondary College, residents and the council for some time.
The aim is to permanently increase the amount of water in the pond, and investigations are underway. The draft master plan for the area is expected to be completed by the year’s end.
