More hats for MP

THE announcement of Victoria’s new Shadow Cabinet last week has seen local member for Eastern Victoria Region Edward O’Donohue’s portfolio of Infrastructure and Resources increase to also include Families.
Mr O’Donohue said his appointment to Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Infrastructure and Resources and Families was significant given that these areas are the key issues affecting the growing region around Pakenham.
“With many families calling the growth corridor between Berwick and Pakenham home, there is an urgent need for better services and improved infrastructure in our towns,” Mr O’Donohue said. He said he hoped to meet with many locals and continue to work together in improving the region’s infrastructure and make the growth corridor an even better place for families.
