CARDINIA councillor and local policeman Stuart Halligan will dress up as Santa to spread some Christmas cheer in Pakenham on Saturday, starting at 9am and finishing around noon.
In conjunction with Mamma Rosa Pizza, Cr Halligan will ride in a horse and buggy all over town to raise money for Mill Valley Ranch, Tynong.
The ranch is a Christian Youth Holiday Camp that is set on 61 hectares of farming land and includes lessons on horsemanship, swimming, archery and team games.
