WALLY Wombat can’t wait until the Pakenham Centenary Show on Saturday 19 March.
The Wally Wombat Centennial Trail is back by popular demand and will help raise much-needed funds for the Pakenham Scout Group.
To be part of the fantastic fun event, participants will have to pay $10.
All participants will receive a show bag and passport and then follow the Centennial Trail at the show to collect products, complimentary vouchers and goodies for all the family to the value of more than $70.
Pakenham Safeway has sponsored the event since 2006 and will donate some goodies and fresh fruit for participants.
Participants will also need to collect items and a star in their passport from each of the 10 Wally stations around the showgrounds.
They will be easy to find with helium balloons and lots of signs.
When they have collected their 10 stars on their passports, they will go into the major prize competition.
Anyone wishing to jump on board should ring Pakenham Gazette’s Wally Wombat co-ordinator Janette Young on 5945 0666.
