Hoons at the Goon

I WOULD like to report that Nar Nar Goon has also been invaded by the hoons.
Since the new Pakenham Bypass opened we have hoons doing burnouts around the roundabouts every day and all hours of the night.
Last week another idiot was leaving rubber on the street. A neighbour gave chase with one such hoon and when he reported the incident to police they seemed to be reluctant to contact the individual or follow up the matter.
Maybe it is time to put speed humps around the roundabout in the hope that it discourages the idiots!
