THERE was luck everywhere when the Berwick Montuna ladies contested a stableford competition recently.
And it was Ann Luck, with a score of 39 points, who was the A grade and overall winner.
Hilary Wilson was the B grade winner with 36 points – and she had luck, and skill, in also scoring the nearest the pin on the fourth and 18th holes.
The Berwick Montuna ladies Golf held their annual Charity Day on Monday 7 March.
More than $1000 was raised for Dandenong Palliative Care in a 4BBB competition.
Cora Shovelton (34) and Helen Lange (35), who both scored 47 points, were the winners. The runners-up were Maxine Trickey (20) and Cobi Hoekstra (40) with 46 points.
In the nine at nine competition, the winners were Joan Bowman (45) and Judy Afleck (45) with 34 points.
In the stroke competition, the winner was Jan Brown (32) with 69 nett. Jan Fitzpatrick was second with 72 nett.
