BEACONSFIELD’S controversial Pink Hill development VCAT hearing has again been adjourned.
A hearing to discuss the road alignment in relation to the development was scheduled to be heard this week, but was adjourned on Monday following mediation between the developer and the Growth Areas Authority.
Both matters, concerning the road alignment and the proposed pokies venue are now scheduled to be heard from 1 August 2011.
Councillor Brett Owen voiced residents frustration about the continuing adjournments of the case and said many had taken days off work to attend the hearings.
