LADDER leaders Boss Hoggs had a narrow escape against Pakenham in round 14 of the South West Gippsland Darts competition.
Boss Hoggs won 7-6. Pakenham has had the wood over the Hoggs, winning the previous two outings this season.
Second-placed Hillbillies had another win against bottom side Redbulls, although the scores were five-all at one stage. Hillbillies won the last three legs to take the points.
Third-placed Gembrook had its eighth win for the season, cementing its position on the ladder.
