LADIES from Phillip Island, Devil Bend, Chirnside Park, Warragul, Garfield, Lakes Entrance, Trafalgar, Cheltenham and Safety Beach visited Drouin Golf Club for the recent ladies personal guest day.
The A Grade winners with 47 points were Marg Milne and Lorna Hoskins. Runners-up with 41 points were Helen and Alice Moon. Third place went to Glenda Warren and Fay Morris with 40 points.
A nine-hole competition was held, with Karen Adams winning with 12 points. Nearest-the-pins went to Leanne Pollard (14th) and Debra Orr (23rd). Down-the-line balls went to Jenny Bolger and Kay Grieve 39 points and Mary Clark and Debra Orr, 38 points.
The next event is the first round of club championships in combination with the Edna Cropley trophy, and also the play off for the May monthly medal.
