MOTHER, talent, housewives and grey’s – are just simple words.
But for Channel Seven they mean so much more.
It seems television show previews are so short of time the announcer can’t even promote the full name of the show before the next ad lights up our screens.
I am aware of how long show titles such as How I Met Your Mother and Australia’s Got Talent are – but do Desperate Housewives and Grey’s Anatomy really need shortening? I think not.
How are the youth of today expected to construct proper sentences if our media outlets can’t be bothered?
Imagine how this review would turn out. Annoyed. Story over?
