WINDERMERE is running a mums and babies group at the Living Learning Centre in Pakenham. The group has already started and is running again in April. It’s a small |educational support group to help new mums with some educational strategies to |understand their babies’ cues. The group provides open conversation and information as well as some gentle baby sleep and settling techniques. The group is free and finishes up on Friday 24 February and will be run again for three weeks in April.
