I READ with interest the recent article in the Gazette regarding the Labor candidate and current councillor Collin Ross.
In this article Mr Ross mentions capping rates and how he is supportive of this measure to bring down the cost of living. I would like to ask a simple question – as a councillor, why did he not do this for the last six years – is it he is only taking the Labor Party line, or does he simply have no influence?
