Homeless traced to ice usage

Jamie Bakker, pictured here with her son Ajax, is one of many in the Cardinia Shire who have been considered the Hidden Homeless. She left her home nearly ten years ago in search for a better life, but found it difficult to find a stable home. She has slept in garden sheds, on friends'' couches and in dirty units.
